# About B2B Gold {#doc-title} Last updated 26 September 2026 B2B Gold is a software studio established in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It builds and publishes the Shopify apps and Chrome extensions on this site, supports them, and writes the documentation and guides here. ## Who we are {#who} B2B Gold builds Shopify apps and Chrome extensions for merchants and technical marketers: narrow tools that each do one job and stay maintained. The studio is established in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and it operates this website. Every product listed here is built, maintained and supported in-house, rather than assembled from someone else’s platform. ## Why do the store listings say afixer? {#afixer} Because afixer is the publisher account the studio’s products are listed under. On the Shopify App Store the apps sit under the partner profile [afixer](https://apps.shopify.com/partners/afixer?utm_source=b2bgold.app&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=other&utm_content=about&utm_term=inline), whose page is titled “Apps by B2B Gold”. On the Chrome Web Store the extensions are published by [afixer.app](https://chromewebstore.google.com/search/afixer.app?utm_source=b2bgold.app&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=other&utm_content=about&utm_term=inline). Both are B2B Gold, and some product listings and policies give a support address at afixer.app for the same reason. ## What we make {#products} Six products, each doing one job. Each has its own page with its plans, what it can access and its store listing. - [**cPixel**](/shopify/cpixel/) (Shopify app). cPixel is a Shopify app that sends your store’s events to Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics 4 and OpenAI’s ChatGPT Ads from shoppers’ browsers and from its own servers, with one shared event ID so each platform can keep a single copy. - [**UpBar**](/shopify/upbar/) (Shopify app). UpBar is a Shopify app that adds a free-shipping goal bar, rotating announcements, countdown timers, delivery-date estimates, trust badges, a sticky add-to-cart bar and a promo popup to your theme. - [**X Shield**](/shopify/x-shield/) (Shopify app). X Shield is a Shopify app that blocks visitors by country, IP address or network, and turns away the bots, VPNs and spy extensions it detects, showing them a blocked page instead of your store. - [**All Pixel Helper**](/chrome/all-pixel-helper/) (Chrome extension). All Pixel Helper is a free Chrome extension that lists and decodes the requests a web page sends to 40 ad and analytics platforms, including Meta, TikTok, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Shopify, and marks each one delivered, failed or blocked. - [**Core Web Vitals (iframes)**](/chrome/core-web-vitals-iframes/) (Chrome extension). Core Web Vitals (iframes) is a free Chrome extension that measures LCP, CLS, INP, FCP and TTFB separately for a page and for every iframe on it, using Google's web-vitals library inside each frame. - [**HTTP Header Modifier**](/chrome/http-header-modifier/) (Chrome extension). HTTP Header Modifier is a free Chrome extension that sets HTTP request headers on the URLs you choose. X Shield carries Shopify’s Built for Shopify badge, which Shopify grants for meeting its requirements on performance, admin embedding and merchant reviews. ## How does support work? {#support} Email [support@b2bgold.app](mailto:support@b2bgold.app), or use the support link on the product’s store listing. There is no scripted first tier and no handoff queue: a question goes to whoever maintains the app, and a real defect ships as a release rather than a workaround. Every product is published and maintained on its own store listing, with a version history and an update date you can check before you install it. ## How are our guides and docs made? {#how-we-write} They are researched from primary sources, drafted with AI tools and checked before they go live. Every guide and doc is credited to B2B Gold rather than a named author. - **Sources.** Facts about Shopify, Google, Meta and the other platforms come from their own help centres and developer documentation, linked where they are used. Statistics roundups, content farms and AI answers are never used as sources. - **Our products.** Facts about our apps come from their source code, through a written brief for each app. Where a store listing and the code disagree, the page follows the code, and the site’s build rejects claims a product’s brief rules out. - **Checking.** Drafts are written with AI tools. Before a new guide is published, a separate fact-check pass re-checks every claim against its linked source that day; a guide that fails is held, not published. - **Dates.** Each page shows when it was published or last updated, and that date changes only when a fact, step or recommendation changes. - **Translations.** Translated docs and guides are made with AI tools from the English original, with each app’s labels taken from that app’s own translations. - **Our own tools.** We build the products some guides mention, and each guide says so where one appears. Guides name Shopify’s own option, or the ad platform’s, first, and say when it is enough. - **Corrections.** Spotted an error? Email [support@b2bgold.app](mailto:support@b2bgold.app). A correction that could have misled a reader is noted, with its date, where it was made. ## Why do we publish guides? {#why-we-publish} Because we build tools for the problems they cover: blocked visitors, missing purchases, tags that don’t fire, and the platform changes behind them. The guides exist to help merchants fix those problems, whether or not they use our apps.
